RUOK? is an Australian non-profit suicide prevention and mental health organisation that raises awareness and advocates for people to have conversations with others.

Every year, RUOK? Day is in September, and a national campaign across all media airs. Additionally, RUOK? supports various other events and industries, including Mardi Gras and emergency services.
