Potenture is a transformation consultancy made up of scientists, designers, technologists, programmers and executives who help empower individuals, teams and organisations to liberate their full potential. 

As they embarked on an organisational restructure – and launching three distinct vertical business units – Potenture engaged Designer Rice to conduct a total rebrand for their business. From defining their brand narrative to crafting their identity, illustrations and communication assets, this was a huge undertaking with many stakeholders. Potenture's new brand is a bold visual expression of the meaning of their name: potential and action

I produced a variety of animations using their core shapes which were used on the Homepage and About page as Lottie (.json) files, as well as supporting videos in widescreen, square and portrait ratios.
